When you need building or property work, we keep the first steps clear. We discuss what you need, establish whether a physical visit is useful, and explain when a call-out fee applies before arranging a site visit.
Start with a clear description of the work
Tell us what needs attention and where the property is located. Our work includes brick works, plastering, cement floors, paving, painting, plumbing, tree felling, and wood work and carpentry. A useful description helps us understand whether your request can be discussed remotely first or needs an inspection.

When a physical site visit is needed
Some work can only be understood properly at the property. Existing surfaces, access, measurements, plumbing points, trees, walls and the surrounding area can all affect what the job involves. If a physical visit is needed to quote, we will arrange that with you and use the visit to assess the work on site.
A call-out fee applies only when we travel to the property for a physical site visit to quote. This fee covers transport costs. It is not an automatic charge for making an enquiry or discussing your project with us.
What happens after you contact us
We work through the request with you and confirm the practical next step. Depending on the job, that may be a conversation about the work or an arranged site visit. We can work with customers in the Atlantic seaboard and Constantia area, so please include the property location when you get in touch.

No deposit is needed to book
There is no deposit to book. The separate call-out fee applies only to a physical site visit to quote, as described above. If you need to ask about an existing arrangement, change your request, or clarify the visit, contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Emergency enquiries after hours
Our WhatsApp line, 061 069 6472, is open in the evenings for emergency enquiries. Work itself is scheduled during working hours. Sending an evening message allows us to understand the situation and discuss the appropriate next step; it does not mean that an evening work visit has been arranged.
